The Practice

Bev has practiced commercial litigation in Toronto since her call to the Ontario Bar in 1990. Bev has practiced with Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP for over twenty years. Bev’s main area of practice is banking litigation including collection claims, fraud claims and mortgage enforcement with tremendous success in post-Judgment execution. Bev’s practice also extensively includes the areas of insolvency and professional negligence. Bev’s commercial litigation practice involves the preparation and attendance on examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, pre-trials and trials in the Ontario Superior Court and Ontario Court of Appeal.


Bev was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and is fluent in French.  Bev attended McGill University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations in 1985.  Bev moved to Ontario and attended the University of Western Ontario where she graduated with a LLB in 1988.  Bev is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Outside the Law

Bev enjoys spending time with friends and family and in particular her husband and three daughters.  She enjoys travelling, reading, skiing, spinning, boxing and yoga.
